Inside Lady Delilah’s New York Opening with Lauryn Hill
Lauryn Hill’s opening-night performance, original photographs and films, plus how Lady Delilah New York joins the supper-club family in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami and Dallas.
The Espresso Crème launch brought cookie-rimmed drinks, shakes and a blue-lit OREO display to Black Tap’s private lounge in New York. A video report from October 28.
A cookie launch became an after-work stop at Black Tap on October 28, when OREO Thins brought its limited-edition Espresso Crème flavor to the restaurant’s private lounge at The Kixby Hotel. The invitation set the party for 5–8 p.m.; The Circuit Report’s footage follows the room, the dessert tables and the drinks being served during the evening.
The clearest visual cue was a large, illuminated Espresso Crème display, its blue lettering and oversized cookie motif giving the room a backdrop. Nearby, the branded DJ booth sat against a colorful mural. The videos move from that wider view to the smaller details: a drink-rim station with small serving bowls, a table of launch details, and a coupe glass edged with cookie crumbs.
The invitation promised custom shakes and sundaes, espresso mocktails and Black Tap appetizer bites. At the counter, the footage catches shakes and sundaes beside the OREO Thins menu, while another clip pauses over the rim of an espresso-colored drink. The cookie supplied both the launch’s central image and a recurring detail in the presentation.
Black Tap’s Herald Square event spaces include private dining and lounge settings at its 35th Street location. For this evening, guests entered through The Kixby Hotel at 45 West 35th Street. The October 28 gathering was an invitation-only launch, now documented here after the event.
OREO Thins Espresso Crème pairs chocolate wafers with an espresso-flavored crème. The brand’s current promotional terms describe a separate, limited online offer with registration through November 3 and a November 4–9 claim period, while supplies last. That consumer offer is distinct from admission to the New York launch party.

The films preserve a small set of moments from the launch: the room’s branded backdrop, the tabletop details and the bar. The invitation appears alongside them as a record of the evening’s announced date and setting.
