Content Use & Permissions
Share our links. Ask before republishing our work.
Effective October 27, 2026.
The Circuit Report invests in original reporting, event research, photography and editorial curation. Access to this website does not grant a license to reproduce or redistribute its protected content.
Prior written permission
Except as permitted by applicable law or a separate written license, you must obtain explicit prior written permission from The Circuit Report before copying, republishing, syndicating, distributing or commercially reusing our original articles, event descriptions, photographs, videos, graphics, or protected selections and arrangements of listings and guides. This applies to websites, apps, newsletters, social accounts, databases and other publications.
Giving credit, linking back, changing a headline or making minor edits does not by itself authorize republication. Automated or AI-assisted rewriting does not create permission to reuse protected material.
Bulk copying and competing calendars
We do not authorize scraping, harvesting, automated extraction, repeated copying or bulk export of our editorial listings and curated collections to populate another website, app, calendar, newsletter or commercial database without a separate written agreement, subject to applicable law. Do not mirror our content or recreate our protected collections through automated or manual copying.
Link sharing and search discovery
You are welcome to share ordinary links to our public pages using our sharing tools or your own posts. This policy does not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing that links readers to our pages; indexing is not permission to syndicate our articles or reproduce our calendar as a competing service.
Public facts and lawful uses
We do not claim ownership of underlying public event facts, such as dates, venues or publicly announced participants. Copyright protection applies to our original expression and, where eligible, our creative selection and arrangement. Nothing in this policy restricts fair use, public-domain material or other uses permitted by applicable law. Independently reporting public facts is different from copying our descriptions, images or protected collections.
Photographs and third-party material
Some organizer artwork, logos, photographs and other materials belong to third parties and are credited where appropriate. Their appearance here does not grant reuse rights. We can grant permission only for rights we own or are authorized to license; other uses require permission from the relevant rights holder where required.
Request permission or a license
Email editor@thecircuitreport.com with the page URLs, exact material requested, intended publication or platform, purpose, audience, duration and whether the use is commercial. Identify the requesting person or company and provide a contact address.
Permission is granted only through an explicit written approval specifying the permitted use and any conditions. Submitting a request, receiving no response or having received permission for a different use does not constitute approval.
