Design gives the house a sense of place
Hospitality Design’s DUMBO feature describes the interiors and waterfront context. It is a good route into the house’s visual character. Our reading is that geography should be part of the decision too: a club only becomes a regular destination if crossing the city to use it feels worthwhile.
What to ask on a tour
Ask about current outdoor access, guest limits, working policies and the local versus wider-network membership options.
