Lamb Jam Finale at Platform by JBF
The Lamb Jam finale reaches Platform by JBF on November 5 at 6:30 p.m., bringing four chefs together for a dinner built around American lamb. Cody Chassar and Francis Ang join Will Gilson and Kareem El Ghayesh for the New York finale, presented by the American Lamb Board.
The format includes a cocktail reception, a multi-course dinner with beverage pairings and a conversation with the chefs. The live ticket widget displayed $192.54 for the external counter, $218.29 for dining-table seats and $259.49 for the internal counter, including the listed processing fees. Reservations are required for guests 21 and older.
Platform is part of the nonprofit James Beard Foundation’s culinary programming, which connects food, education and the restaurant industry. This dinner purchases a dining experience. The final menu has not yet been announced.
The chefs behind the dinner
Cody Chassar leads Gunshow’s tableside kitchen in Atlanta. Francis Ang’s Abacá brings Filipino-Californian cooking to San Francisco. Will Gilson’s New England restaurant group includes Amba, while Kareem El Ghayesh’s KG BBQ joins Egyptian flavors with Texas barbecue in Austin. Their different approaches give this four-chef dinner its range.
