The Frick Collection Autumn Dinner

What the charity supports

The Autumn Dinner supports the Frick’s museum and Art Research Library. Care for a collection is joined with research and public understanding: conservation, exhibitions and education help keep the institution useful to future generations. Explore the organization’s work.

Where support goes

The organizer specifically names conservation initiatives, educational programs and special exhibitions among the uses of benefit support. Annual reports give a broader account of the institution. That purpose is more substantial than the evening’s setting in the restored Fifth Avenue mansion alone. Read its financial and impact reporting.

The people behind the work

Axel Rüger serves as Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Director, and Julia Day is chief conservator. The 2026 dinner honors architect Annabelle Selldorf for the renovation and enhancement. Museum staff, library specialists and patrons sustain the work the benefit supports. Meet the organization.
