Red Carpet Room is launching its New York edition on Saturday, October 31, with a program aimed at founders, creators and investors. Presented by Anwar Media, it is the next version of the community gathering previously called Fun House.

The event’s structure combines a social evening with a working-media element. The announced plan begins with doors at 7 p.m., followed by an 8 p.m. panel and a 9 p.m. mixer. Interviews for The Red Carpet Show are part of the program, giving the gathering a purpose beyond a Halloween dance floor.

A community with something to introduce

The organizer describes an audience building companies, creative projects and public-facing brands. That gives the evening a clear point of connection: guests are likely to have something underway that can be explained, discussed or developed through an introduction.

The useful approach is to come prepared for a real conversation. A concise account of a project is more helpful in a mixer than treating every encounter as a pitch. The panel and interviews create shared subjects, while the open portion leaves room for people to find their own connections.

Halloween, with cameras present

The dress brief leaves room for black tie, character or a combination. The organizer also states that the event will be photographed and filmed. Guests considering an on-camera interview should read those terms before taking part; attendance and an interview are different decisions.

The launch’s public page is promotional information about a private event. It does not turn the room into a walk-in party. Readers should follow the stated application process and wait for an actual confirmation.

How access works

The public organizer page describes invitation-only access, non-transferable RSVPs and entry subject to ID checks and capacity. At publication, standard tickets are marked sold out and other categories require approval. A request is not guaranteed admission.

The location is Lower Manhattan; the exact address is supplied directly to confirmed guests. We are keeping those arrival instructions and personal RSVP details off the site. This preview records the occasion and its program while preserving the distinction between publicity and permission to attend.
